Dear Madam or Sir,

the Shanghai INNOVA Management Institute Co., Ltd. is pleased to present the upcoming public seminar:

“Increasing Product Quality Systematically –

A Roadmap for Implementation”

April 14, 2006, Sofitel Hyland Shanghai

________________________________________________________________________________

Quality problems cost money, lead to waste and delays in delivery, cause problems in the supply chain and leave customers unsatisfied. Today’s markets demand quality, quality is perceived as a simple must and as the basic pre-condition for any kind of business. There is no way to survive competition without providing customers with products of stable and good quality.  Many quality requirements and norms are related to safety and health and cannot be compromised without seriously harming a company’s brand and image. Even all this is known, quality problems are still not uncommon in China. Furthermore, a quality offensive is needed to shift production from the low-cost end to the manufacturing of high-end products, since the China operations of foreign-invested enterprises do more and more invest in capital-, technology- or know-how-intensive industries where high or even the highest quality standards are prevailing.

COURSE CONTENT

Participants from all industrial sectors learn how

---   to prepare and start a “quality offensive”

---   to conduct a self-audit

---   to apply essential methods and tools for detecting quality problems and its causes

---   to identify quality-related processes and how to rectify them

---   to organize, control and follow-up

 an initiative for quality improvement.

Attendees receive a ROADMAP TO SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION and are getting introduced to a step-by-step approach.
